The new area has been created to make the link between businesses wishing to connect directly with the parent talent and move the issue of diversity in the workplace beyond discussion into solutions.
This new section will provide opportunities for all businesses passionate about supporting parent talent by connecting them directly with the parent community in order to create individual and collective solutions. The website will offer regular updates, including interviews with key people in the sector, connections and opportunities. For all those working in diversity, HR or interested in being part of the change, simply register at: www.beyondtheschoolrun.com/businesses.

The interview will be aired on Beyondtheschoolrun.com to celebrate International Women’s Day 6 March 2016.
Louise Webster comments: ”By connecting businesses and parent talent I truly believe we will take a giant step towards creating real change and move the conversation beyond discussion to real solutions. I am looking forward to working with companies who are passionate about being part of this journey.”

This is what they had to say about RelevantNow:
As a former PR agency owner and now a Founder of Beyondtheschoolrun.com I think RelevantNow is a very valuable resource. It is empowering entrepreneurs and business owners to take charge of a key part of their business, sharing their message, when all too often using a PR agency in the start up stages is not available to them. I have used the service and have been so happy with the results.
